Therapy & Counseling
AFV is recovery housing, not a clinical treatment provider. When a guest needs therapy, counseling, substance-use treatment, psychiatric care, or another clinical service, AFV can help connect that person with appropriately licensed outside professionals.
What AFV can do
Help identify appropriate providers, support referral navigation, coordinate practical next steps when authorized, and encourage guests to follow through with outside care.
What AFV does not claim
AFV does not represent recovery housing, peer support, or house mentorship as medical diagnosis, psychotherapy, detoxification, inpatient treatment, or emergency clinical care.
