Ask about housing fit, availability, rates, house structure, private options, and the application process. AFV can also discuss appropriate ways family support may fit into a person’s recovery plan.
For professionals
Courts, treatment programs, hospitals, recovery professionals, social-service organizations, and other referral sources can start with basic routing information and use secure channels later if additional records are actually needed.
