A Father’s Vision, Inc. uses this website to provide information about recovery housing and practical support, receive housing, service, referral, partnership, and donation-related inquiries, and connect visitors to third-party tools such as HubSpot, Zeffy, an external resident-management portal, and a Google-hosted House Mentor portal.

The Guest Application is hosted and processed through HubSpot and is used for recovery-housing admissions and placement screening. The form may require contact information, housing preferences, substance of choice, recent-use information, prior treatment program names, treatment dates and duration, current-program details, criminal-history categories, probation, and parole status. Applicants should provide the screening answers requested by the form.

The application is not intended for uploading or pasting full medical records, medication lists, diagnostic reports, laboratory results, full treatment records, court documents, or other record files unless AFV provides an approved secure method for transmitting them.

Information entered into the embedded application is transmitted to and processed through HubSpot under the organization’s configured account and applicable provider terms.

AFV donations and merchandise

AFV charitable donations and AFV merchandise purchases use separate Zeffy destinations. Merchandise purchases are purchases, not charitable donations merely because the seller is a nonprofit. Store questions may be directed to Shop@afathersvision.com.

PM Prosperity commercial services

The For Operators page is a bridge to separate for-profit services offered by PM Prosperity LLC. AFV does not process PM Prosperity sales on this website. When the separate PM Prosperity landing page is ready, visitors will leave the AFV website before reviewing or purchasing PM Prosperity commercial products or consulting. AFV donor information is not automatically transferred into PM Prosperity marketing or customer lists by this website.

Inner Thoughts

The Motivation page may feature approved Inner Thoughts Studio images and future links to a dedicated Inner Thoughts website. AFV does not use the Motivation page to represent unfinished Inner Thoughts content as released material.

Portal links

The Guest Portal connects to an external resident-management system, and the House Mentor Portal connects to an external Google-hosted portal. These systems operate outside the public AFV website and may have their own authentication, privacy, and provider terms. AFV does not intend portal links to make private documents or guest information public.

Private residences

Some AFV residences are intentionally not publicly listed. Exact addresses and identifying property details are disclosed only through appropriate approved inquiry processes.
