Stewardship
Housing-generated revenue and charitable support are intended to strengthen recovery housing, repairs, reserves, staffing, resident support, practical services, and responsible growth.
Outcomes & operating history
AFV distinguishes the legal age of the nonprofit from the operating history of its recovery-housing network and avoids publishing unsupported or unaudited outcome percentages as proven results.
Clinical boundaries
AFV recovery housing and non-clinical support are not represented as detoxification, hospital care, emergency care, or licensed clinical treatment. Clinical care is connected through appropriately licensed outside providers.
Certification & employment claims
AFV does not publish a blanket certification claim for every residence and does not guarantee employment placement. Status and services should be described only as current documentation supports.
Privacy & imagery
Exact private-residence addresses are not published. Website imagery may include selected authentic photography plus clearly labeled representative spaces, models, composites, or digitally altered identifying features to protect privacy.
Related activities & transactions
AFV charitable donations remain separate from future commercial products or consulting that may be offered by other entities. The current AFV Store is a preview only and has no active cart, checkout, or payment flow.

AFV is recovery-centered housing with practical non-clinical support. It is not a substitute for licensed clinical treatment, detoxification, emergency care, or hospital care. Public website information is intended to help people understand the housing model and the next step, not to replace professional clinical or legal guidance.
